How it works
Create a free PicShots account and run at least one event so you know the product before you recommend it.
Copy your referral URL from this page and send it to planners, photographers, or friends hosting their own celebration.
When someone new opens your link, signs up, and checks out on a paid event plan (Starter through Scale), that plan price is what your commission is based on.
You receive 15% of each referred host's paid event plan — one commission per referred host. Bigger plans mean bigger credit; free tiers do not count.

A referral on Scale earns more than one on Starter because your commission is always 15% of the plan they purchased — not a fixed amount.
Referred hosts can try PicShots free for up to 10 guests. You earn credit when they choose a paid tier for a bigger event.
Any signed-in PicShots host with at least one event on their account. Photographers, wedding planners, and repeat party hosts are especially welcome — share your link with clients and fellow organisers.
They should open your personal referral link before creating their PicShots account. When they pay for their first paid event plan (Starter through Scale), that plan purchase qualifies you for commission.
You earn 15% of the event plan your referred host buys — paid as real money into your PicShots referral balance (not just checkout credit). If they choose Starter, your commission is smaller; Pro or Scale pays more because the plan price is higher. The optional video add-on is not included in the commission base.
You can earn one commission per referred host (based on their first paid plan purchase). There is no cap on how many different hosts you can refer.
After your referred host's first paid plan checkout clears, we credit your PicShots referral balance (shown in USD in your dashboard). Request a payout from your referral dashboard or by emailing support — we send real money via your chosen payout method once approved.
No. Commission is calculated on the paid event plan only (Starter, Growth, Pro, Pro Plus, or Scale). If your friend also buys the video add-on, that portion is excluded from your referral percentage.
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referrals within the same household or organisation where we detect abuse do not qualify.
No. The free tier (up to 10 guests) does not trigger a referral reward. Your friend must buy a paid plan for you to earn credit.
