Do you charge per photo or per upload?
No. You pay once per event based on your expected guest count, and every guest gets their full shot allowance for the entire event. There are no per-photo or per-upload fees.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — events with up to 10 guests are free forever. You get the host dashboard, QR sharing, gallery reveal scheduling, and bulk download. Short video clips are the only feature reserved for paid plans (Growth and above).
What happens if I underestimate guest count?
Your event keeps working. If you cross your tier guest cap, you can upgrade from the host dashboard at any time without losing any uploads.
Do prices change based on my country?
Catalog prices are listed in US dollars. At checkout, Paddle may show and charge in your local currency using their supported conversion rates.
Are video clips included on every plan?
Video clips are sold as an optional add-on on every paid tier — Starter through Scale. The add-on is roughly $3.00–$25.00 per event depending on guest count, slightly discounted on larger tiers. Free plans are photo-only.
How long is my gallery online?
Free events: guests can upload for 14 days after your event date and the gallery stays hosted for 90 days. Paid events: 90 days to upload and about 12 months of gallery hosting. After hosting ends, you have 30 days to download a ZIP or delete the event before photos are removed.
Can I delete an event later?
Yes. Hosts can delete an event and all its uploads from the dashboard at any time. Deleted photos and videos are removed from PicShots storage.
