Frequently asked
Do you charge per photo or per upload?
No. You pay once per event based on your expected guest count, and every guest gets their full shot allowance for the entire event. There are no per-photo or per-upload fees.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — events with up to 10 guests are free forever. You get the host dashboard, QR sharing, gallery reveal scheduling, and bulk download. All plans are photos only.
What happens if I underestimate guest count?
Your event keeps working. If you cross your tier guest cap, you can upgrade from the host dashboard at any time without losing any uploads.
Do prices change based on my country?
Catalog prices are listed in US dollars. At checkout, Paddle may show and charge in your local currency.
Can guests upload video?
No. PicShots is photos only — guests shoot stills into your shared gallery.
How long is my gallery online?
Upload and hosting windows follow your plan: Free (14 days to upload, 90 days hosted), Growth (90 days / 6 months), Pro (120 days / 12 months), Pro Plus (150 days / 18 months), and Scale (190 days / 24 months). After hosting ends, you have 30 days to download a ZIP or delete the event before photos are removed.
Can I delete an event later?
Yes. Hosts can delete an event and all its uploads from the dashboard at any time. Deleted photos are removed from PicShots storage.
