Built for kiddie parties

Why kids' party photos disappear

  • You are cutting cake, so you miss the face-paint line and the mascot entrance
  • Parents shoot everything and post nothing to the group chat
  • The party host's official photos arrive weeks later, if at all
  • Shared albums need an account that half the parents will not create on a Saturday

What you get

Everything tuned for kiddie party guest camera

  • Every angle of the cake and the games

Parents already have their phones out. One QR puts those shots in your gallery instead of 15 separate camera rolls.

  • Works at home, in a play gym, or a party venue

Same flow for a backyard theme party, a restaurant package, or a trampoline park. If guests have a phone and a signal, they can shoot.

  • You stay in control of kids' photos

Keep the gallery hidden, review uploads, and delete anything you do not want saved. Other parents only see the shared album if you reveal it.

  • Free for small parties, pesos when the class list shows up

Ten guests or fewer stay free. Bigger class parties are ₱1,099 to ₱4,299, paid once via Paddle or QR Ph. No monthly fee after the balloons come down.

Setup tips

Setup tips for a kiddie party

  1. 1

Tape the QR to the favors table and the cake stand

Parents stop there anyway. A card at kid eye-level gets ignored; a card next to the take-home bags gets scanned.

  2. 2

Tell the party host in one sentence

If you hired a host or mascot, ask them to point at the QR during the programme. A spoken cue beats extra printouts.

  3. 3

Skip a tight shot limit for a two-hour party

There is not enough time for spam. A generous allowance collects the cake smash, the games, and the send-off without extra settings to explain.

FAQ

Common questions

Do parents have to create an account?

No. They scan, type a name, and shoot in the browser. That is the whole flow, including for relatives who will not download an app for a two-hour party.

Is it safe to collect photos of children?

You are the host. Keep the gallery private, review every upload, and only reveal or download what you are comfortable keeping. PicShots does not post to social networks. If the venue has a photo policy, follow it.

Can the kids use it themselves?

Yes, with a parent nearby. The host account stays with you. You can delete anything you do not want in the archive.

How much does a bigger class party cost?

Free up to 10 guests. Paid tiers are ₱1,099 (50 guests), ₱2,199 (100), ₱2,699 (150), and ₱4,299 (250), paid once. Philippine hosts can check out with QR Ph; others use Paddle.

Filipino celebrations

Debuts, binyag, kiddie parties, and Filipino weddings

Same guest camera, copy written for how these days actually run in the Philippines, including peso pricing and QR Ph checkout.

Ready to go

Leave the party with the photos, not a promise to send them later.

Create a PicShots event, put one QR on the favors table, and download the cake, the games, and the send-off the same afternoon. Planning a debut instead? Use the debut guide for 18th-birthday programme days.
