Table cards beat a single ceremony QR

Guests sit with table cards for hours. A ceremony programme is glanced at once. If you only place one QR at the entrance, you miss the longest attention window of the reception.

One card per table, eye-level, with a QR at least 3 cm wide and two clear lines of copy is the highest-leverage print decision most couples can make.

Design rules that still look like stationery

Match paper and fonts to the rest of the tablescape, but protect scan contrast. Put the QR in a white or cream square even if the rest of the card is dark. Decoration around the quiet zone are fine; decorations inside it are not.

Placement on the table
